Desktop Dollars is a great program that pays 70% of their advertising revenue to surfers. Their is no limit to the number of hours you can surf, you get paid on six levels of referrals, and you get paid for your referrals surfing even if you don't use their bar at all. They had some problems when they first came out, but now they have improved everything, and they are really starting to take off. It's so great to get paid for doing basically nothing!
