You can also put a "signature file" on the bottom of the messages you send out through email. Most email programs have an easy way for you to do this. It's also a good idea to submit your page to search engines.

Some of the best websites are about something totally different than the pay-to-surf programs, and just have a couple of links to pay-to-surf programs. Some people get a lot of sign-ups this way, so if you ever had an idea for a website, this would be a perfect way to make some extra money at the same time.
